My favorite hotel in the world is The Elizabeth in Ft. Collins, Colorado. I was amazed to find a small Elizabeth in the small farm town of Versailles in western Ohio. It truly deserves the description as “Ohio’s hidden gem.” (A written review is underway and will soon be posted)
