Once upon a time, Trump was only fighting the deep state and the swamp. Now, he’s fighting Governors and Mayors of America’s leading states and cities. In addition to still fighting the DC bureaucracy and deep state and swamp.
That was once upon a time. Now, it seems more and ore than Trump is fighting an internal battle within the Republican Party with the midterms on the horizon.

The chart is shows the first years of American Presidents since Bush Sr. in 1989 through 2025 of Donald Trump. Bills passed the first year as I understand it from the YouTube.
A huge drop in 2025 of Bills passed to 47. Biden in 2021, passed 122, also under all three branches ofer government like Trump. (Thanks to Rich for sending the video).

This whole question of whether a particular Congress has a President’s back depends on a number of factors, a statistics. The winning edge the President has over his competitor. The specific numbers in Congress for the first year of presidents.
The objective of the Democrat Party is to do everything thing possible (legal or illegal, pro-America or anti-America, truthful or not truthful) to make Donald Trump’s administration a failure. It is as simple as that. There’s nothing more to say.
