Lowering the Assisted Suicide Index.

WHEN GOVERNMENTS WANT TO BOOST THE INDEX

Re: Article about MAID

Hi John,

This article sent a shiver down my spine.  It was just announced in Canada that you will now qualify for MAID if you “just” have a mental issue, such as severe loneliness, and the once-needed physical disability or medical condition is no longer required. What are we doing. How can a Canadian Prime Minister who touts humanitarianism ever consider moving this into law? It’s like people are taking an easy way out and the Federal Government is encouraging it. I am alarmed how most if not all the people applying for MAID are Caucasian, as opposed to others. Have the past few years including Covid really had its tole on the once strong and proud Canadians?

Darryl

The email from my Canadian friend Darryl comes along after telling me about the MAID (assisted suicide) program in Canada a few weeks ago. Not sure if some racial target is implied by his email at the end. Is the government specifically going after white Caucasians? Might be interesting to test. I thought at the time.

But so much moving in the news in the nation at the time and I am busy posting some new things to the site. Maybe developing a large project. Too early to tell. But the post of my friend Darryl is temporarily lost with other daily emails I’m getting at around 250 not counting all the news buzzing like angry hornets around me each day.

A new administration is getting ready to occupy the highest positions in Washington DC. Everyone focuses on Trump. But perhaps the larger perspective is that Trump is a symbol of the movement of private industry in public government. This is a better definition for the battle than Democrats versus Republicans.

This period is like an extended Christmas somewhere in the Twilight Zone. The President and VP have essentially checked out and each day Trump announces a new group of kick-ass warriors he wants to bring into DC. I think the real sub-text of what is doing is setting a precedent for bringing private industry to DC to fill cabinet and other key positions. The left keeps crying about his “billionaire cabinet” and they are right. (See below) But they miss what is really happening. Private industry is invading DC not a bunch of billionaires. The first is what really is happening, and the latter is the Dems propaganda talking point.

Is there a better way to fundamentally change the nation back than by putting successful people from private business into the most important offices of DC? Trump’s first administration was a learning experience. He had little sense of the best people to surround himself in DC with at this time. It was something he was not used to. The incredible inefficiency, the constant backstabbing, the lack of creativity and brain power. He was not used to this and had to learn who to trust. He learned you couldn’t trust a lot of people.

He narrowed down his true friends and allies and weeded out so many phonies. Being out of office allowed him to get a deeper perspective on the whole situation and now he truly “invades” DC with his own powerful warriors from private industry, all successful in private industry.

DC is invaded by private industry (seriously) for the first time. Trump is the first to truly put a foot in the door of the great government machine. An iconic and tough businessman, a television personality. The author of sales motivation books. He is the first true challenger to the workings of modern government who has come forward from all the political candidates.

This is what Trump should best be seen as: the first challenger to the public control of by government. Might private control be more efficient and better? This will most likely one of the ideas explored by the new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). Perhaps using the tools of AI?

All of this seems to go beyond the daily politics of Dems and Republicans and all the commentators out there into much bigger things. Those in control don’t want us to think about these bigger things. They would rather we focus on the smaller things (like TV and radio entertainment and news each day on the Internet and on TV and all the commercials we’re exposed to as well as any subscription services we have and all the emails we read and respond to as well as phone messages.)

A large part of Trump’s legacy in history might be that he was the person who first mixed private industry with the public industry on a grand national scale. A modern master alchemist mixing private ideas with public ideas. The two had stayed on two sides of a fence for all those years.

There was little doubt that the current situation was a type of culmination of the battle of the two old (paradoxical) founding symbols of America in the Feminine archetype of Equality and the Masculine archetype of Freedom. Symbolized by the Democrat Party of Equality and the Republican Party of Freedom.

But in all of this speculation I’m brought back to the topic of assisted suicide by the above email from my friend Darryl. It is a topic that is getting global news interest as I see that there is an assisted suicide machine in Europe you just go into and die a peaceful death in a few minutes. How do they know how peaceful it is? All witnesses to their acts are dead.

At least the successful ones. But what about those who were unsuccessful? Who went through some program (spent a lot of money most likely) and had some sad story to tell?

It was an alarming post from my friend in Canada but then the world was starting to be wall-papered with alarming posts.

And besides, the email from my friend Darryl came when drones were seen all over New Jersey and now places like Ohio’s Wright Patterson Air Force Base. It was shut down four hours today an email friend writes.

Who knows but whatever turns out, it’s a menace seen by many rather than a menace seen by just a few. Yet, like a lot of things today, the true threats to society are seen by just a few. If any. Often, they’re hidden altogether. I call these unseen forces Macro Trends. They are almost like entire “environments” settling over a nation, a culture, a society. Like that thick fog rolling in over San Francisco in the summer. Of course, no one sees them. Maybe it takes a certain spot on the spectrum of light.

This macro trend I see today is not all the sightings of the drones but rather the rising acceptance of assisted suicide around the world. This is the huge – unseen – event happening around the world. It is not confined to a particular nation but rather appears in various nations around the world. In fact, in Europe many have heard of a special device one can enter to commit suicide. There is becoming more of a topic of discussion in Europe.

Below, are statistics and articles on Canadian assisted suicide.

Was the pandemic an attempt to wipe out a significant number of the population?

Is this still on someone’s agenda?

Might programs towards assisted suicide be new ways to reduce population.

And provide a valuable service to those who want to die.

There is passionate debate on both sides.

In Canada, it is more than a topic of discussion as it appears that the government will be passing a sweeping law for the M.A.I.D. program (Medical, Assistance, In, Dying).

Just to update you a little on what’s going on in Canada in assisted suicide today. One of the few top nations of the world in this. This is something that greatly worries my friend Darryl and something I would worry about.

Yes, the objects seen by many in the sky today are different from the inner, unseen pains of so many today. There is an epidemic of loneliness in Canada I hear from my Canadian friend Darryl. Of course, everything I hear from Darryl I’m certain to find it’s replication down here.

The first is what really is happening, and the latter is the Dem’s propaganda talking point.

Is there a better way to fundamentally change the nation back than by putting successful people from private industry into the top offices in his cabinet and DC departments? A President’s cabinet. And more. Staffing up. Trump’s first administration was a learning experience. It was something he was not used to. The incredible inefficiency, the constant backstabbing, the lack of creativity and brain power. He was not used to this and had to learn who to trust.

He learned you couldn’t trust a lot of people. He narrowed down his true friends and allies and weeded out so many phonies. Being out of office and then returning (being               with just another president in this I believe) allowed him to get a deeper perspective on the whole situation and now he truly “invades” DC with his own powerful warriors from private industry, all successful in private industry. In fact, many titans of private industry.

DC is invaded by private industry for the first time. Truly invaded. Trump plants his shoe into the top position of government by a successful private businessperson.

Part of his real legacy is that he has paved the way for this for others to follow in his path. In many ways, like a pioneer who pushed into the frontier west in the 19th century. Trump’s course, with everything they’ve thrown against him, might even be tougher than a 19th century frontiersman.

When all the drone frenzy wears down, I would like the new president to conduct a survey about assisted suicide numbers in America. It is not the only index number to how we are treating our seniors. Yet, it might be an important index number to start with if we want to make any serious attempt to make a better life for our seniors.

Are they anywhere near the Canadian numbers? And what does all of this mean? An index number for a nation in assisted suicide needs to be discovered. Or perhaps created. Who is the global monitor of this? Can we trust them? Can we trust anyone but ourselves to create and monitor this? Subscribe to their substack or podcast.

  1. I don’t know if private industry is invading Swamp, DC, or not, but I do know I’d rather take my chances with rich billionaires over reptilian snakes.
