Trump’s Resistance Decentralized

To States and Federal Courts

The Democrat strategy is on display, and it is much more powerful (and subtle) than the DC Dems singing songs of the 50s and 60s, the early songs of the Civil Rights Movement attempting to meld our feelings to a remembered symbol in many minds. Or the action of holding up paddle cards during Trump’s address in March to the Joint Session of Congress. One commentator said it looked like biding cards in some antique auction. In addition, there is the absolute brain-dead response of Democrats to Trump’s address. After his address, some congresswomen in the Democrat Party made a video on Tik Tok, punching out to music in the video. 

One can never stop learning from the Democrat strategy. Always a hidden strategy behind their cards they finally show you.

In many ways, the dumbness in DC is a distraction from the states where much of the anti-Trump forces are now operating from. A new Marshall is in town and the logical thing to do is get out of town. And operate from various states. Paradoxically, the ultimate source of much of Trump’s policy. Returning things like education to the states.

The real power of the Democrat Party is operating in the states, outside the spotlight on agencies in DC. In many ways, this might almost be a planned distraction from the real action of Democrat power brokers far from DC where the Trump administration is focused on right now. Yet there are many key things that various Secretaries of States can file against the Federal Government. The Trump administration faces a number of these. 

There is also the matter of the various Federal Courts in the various states representing Districts. A decision must be made immediately whether the President has authority over Federal Judges. This is one of the questions. A general one. 

The greatest actions are outside of DC in various federal courts around the nation and Secretaries of States in the nation. Trump now has 14 of the various state secretaries against him in a suit. holding up the execution of various Presidential EOs or other policy orders. I know about these federal courts as I’m a lawyer with a relative who is a Federal Judge (appointed under Obama) with power to block actions of the President across the nation.

Of course, our insane court system, and lack of ethics in the legal profession, encourages much of this. The power battle is not fought only in DC and Congress. This is a deception Liberals perpetuate against Republicans. 

The power battles are really fought all over the nation, outside of DC. In the various state officials controlling elections and state finances. In the head of state Senates and its members. The mayors of towns. Town councils. All the trickle-down stuff to the local level of politics to the huge battle being undertaken on the national scale.

This is good if one wants to move towards a decentralized government. But is seems to be a particular “horn” in Trump’s strategy side so far. Much is working in DC for him yet much less out in the regions (states) of the nation. Paradoxically, it is in the states, where Trump ultimately wants to place power, that are squealing like children today. And plotting against Trump in many ways. Add to this enemy archetype of the Trump Administration not (surprisingly) in the hornet’s nest of DC. 

But really, outside this centralized operation.

Has Democrat strategy gone for a new decentralized philosophy?

The current state and federal courts resistance to administration EOs and demands.

It certainly shows the power of the Democrat Party has abandoned DC and is now in states and Federal Courts.

Until something is settled at the Supreme Court level. Or votes of the American populace via most accurate.

Federal judges and state officials are blocking EOs of the new administration. 

An appeal to the Supreme Court on this issue is warranted at this time as the administration. Not sure the procedural requirements for it. But needed it seems to me to avoid continual battle in the courts over the next few years between the President (Executive Branch) with many Judges (Judicial Branch) of government. Many have called this Lawfare. This Lawfare certainly didn’t end with Trump’s election to President. 

It’s being practiced across the nation in Secretary of State and Attorney Generals of States under Democrat leadership of a state Governor and state Senators.

Today, that It is really in the states of the nation and the various top players in state politics.

D.O.G.E. is focused on the DC Bureaucracy. Yet it should have information around the nation in the various states. This is the next great challenge for D.O.G.E. it seems to me. Spread out audit bureaus around the nation to states. After the work of D.O.G.E. Franchise Musk Efficiency Centers around the nation.

I’m for money going to help a child in Africa but not to help the bank account of a politician in DC.

Links will hopefully be between the DC focused D.O.G.E. team and various states of the nation. Perhaps they already are. There’s a good chance that Musk is a little ahead of me here.

When things are reasonably cleaned up in DC by D.O.G.E., there needs to be a focus of D.O.G.E. on state offices and their expenditures. Not their politics. But rather their expenditures. This always shows more than one’s politics.

Getting back to the title of this post, The Offscreen Power Battle Really Going On, one notes the Trump administration is basically fighting the DC side of the Bureaucracy. At the same time, there is also the other side of the Bureaucracy battle going on in the states. 

There are the Trump states and the non-Trump states. Yes, in the election, there was a massive win in conservative counties. Yet today, many states currently stand in the way of Trump EOs and other directives or grants from this government for innovation. 

What’s going on in these states?

A modern battle of the Confederacy? This wasn’t a far-off speculation.

The Democrat Party is not as dumb as they appear in their DC national responses. Crazy antics by members of the party. You’ve seen these images online. But really, these are just media distractions from the real power they once transferred. At a particular moment in time.

As usual with politicians, power is transferred in secret. Much like a mob movie. Despite what they tell us in grade school. You learn real life is different.
